Hopefully, it won't be so cumbersome that I'll revert to CS5. Gee, it's hard to appreciate the value in CC 17 limiting the toolbar types and locations as it does. Some of them are minor, but there is at least one major bug that will make using the program a fairly bad idea for anyone developing in javascript. It may be worth reading Adobe's Known Issues page here: Dreamweaver Help | Known issues | Dreamweaver CC 2017 for other problems known to the dev team. You could also highlight the file you want to transfer in the Files window and hit Ctrl + Shift + U to upload it. The upload/Put icon was removed several versions ago and is now a two step process of clicking the Up/Down arrow icon in either the Code Inspector window, or the same icon under Windows > Toolbar > Common. The Common toolbar can be docked to other windows, aside from the document window. The Document and Standard bars can only be docked to the application frame across the top of the screen. Unfortunately, they can no longer be docked together in a single horizontal bar across the top of the screen and one of them can't be docked horizontally at all, it's now a vertical-only bar (the Common toolbar). The toolbars can be found under Window > Toolbar (Common, Document and Standard).
